Circles of Hope provides a full spectrum of Home and Community Based Services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their loved ones. Our Habilitation, Attendant Care and Respite services help children and adults with disabilities master the skills they need to gain independence while giving parents and other caregivers a chance to rest, recharge and restore balance in their lives.
